For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the 333zk Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 333zk reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled wagers placed through them, and confiscate any Balance or Bonus Funds held within them without prior notice.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes, without limitation, your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any payment method details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333zk Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 333zk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your 333zk Login has been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat.
333zk applies a staged KYC verification process. Standard account features are available upon registration, but full verification — including submission of a government-issued photo identification document (KTP or passport for Indonesian residents) and proof of payment method ownership — is required before processing any withdrawal request or raising a deposit limit above the default threshold. 333zk may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing AML compliance procedures.
333zk accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 333zk does not impose deposit processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges independently.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during standard WIB (UTC+7) banking hours, subject to KYC verification status and AML checks. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. 333zk reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals are not processed to third-party accounts — only to payment methods registered in your own name.
All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity on the 333zk Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion is applied. The amount deposited in IDR is the exact amount credited to your Balance.
Standard withdrawal limits are published in the Payments section of the 333zk Platform. VIP tier holders may be eligible for enhanced daily withdrawal limits. 333zk reserves the right to apply additional review steps to withdrawal requests that fall outside standard parameters or that are flagged by automated AML monitoring systems.
All bonuses, free spin credits, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and VIP loyalty incentives offered on the 333zk Platform are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time each promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a minimum number of times — the Wagering Requirement — before they may be converted to real-money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time window for completion are specified on each promotion page. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play do not contribute toward the Wagering Requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture.
333zk actively monitors for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk, exploiting technical errors or miscommunications in bonus terms, and coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, 333zk reserves the right to void the relevant Bonus Funds, reverse any withdrawals derived from Bonus Funds, and permanently close the Account.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spin credits that remain unused or for which the Wagering Requirement has not been completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account Balance without compensation. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The 333zk welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit only. It is not available to players who have previously held an Account on the Platform, to players redeeming a promotion on behalf of a third party, or to players whose accounts are flagged during the KYC process as duplicate or ineligible registrations.
All game outcomes on the 333zk Platform — including slots, live casino tables, roulette, bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional card game), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook events — are determined by certified random number generation systems or by real-world event results, as applicable. 333zk does not intervene in game outcomes and does not modify RTP settings on a per-player basis.
All sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment the bet is confirmed. 333zk reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account Balance in full. Void bets do not count toward any Wagering Requirement.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface or market listing. 333zk may, at its sole discretion, apply individual Account-level stake restrictions where unusual betting patterns are identified. Players will be notified of any account-level restrictions via their registered email address.
In the event a Player disputes a game result or settlement, the Player must submit a formal dispute via the 333zk support team within 72 hours of the disputed event. Disputes submitted after this window cannot be investigated. 333zk's determination following a review of the relevant game logs and third-party provider data shall be final and binding.
In the event of a disconnection, server error, or technical failure during a live gaming session, 333zk will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore the session to its last confirmed state. Where full restoration is not technically possible, the Player's staked amount will be refunded to their Account Balance. 333zk is not liable for any consequential loss of anticipated winnings arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data submitted during registration and KYC verification — including identification documents, payment method details, and transactional records — is retained for a minimum period required by applicable AML and financial record-keeping obligations, and may be shared with licensed third-party service providers engaged to perform payment processing, identity verification, fraud detection, and platform analytics functions on 333zk's behalf.
You may close your 333zk Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any remaining real-money Balance — after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement — will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact 333zk support in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. The vast majority of Account and transaction disputes are resolved within 72 hours through our standard support escalation process. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body designated under 333zk's licensing framework.
